Their rapidly expanding Fukuoka development center, established in late 2010s, focuses on creating and operating core SaaS products for business clients. Fukuoka development center is the biggest in Japan, though their head office is in Tokyo.

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

(Upon Employment)As a Senior Engineer, you will take a leading role in the end-to-end development of our corporate SaaS web applications. This involves driving technical direction, designing robust solutions, and contributing to the team's overall growth and operational stability.

(Scope of any potential changes) Duties as defined by the company

■ Experience and Qualifications

・Must be currently residing in Japan.
・Business-level English proficiency.
・Experience in web application development and operation, including both backend (e.g., Ruby, PHP, Java) and frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) technologies.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

・Experience with modern frameworks and technologies like Rails, TypeScript, React, and GraphQL.
・Familiarity with team development practices using tools like GitHub, CI/CD, and agile methodologies (Scrum).
・Knowledge of software design principles such as Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture.
・Experience in UI/UX design or utilizing AI tools to enhance development processes.

■ Salary 

Annual Salary: ¥7,008,000 - ¥10,008,000. This is a monthly salary system that includes fixed allowances. A performance-based bonus may also be provided.
