■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

(Upon Employment)You will join the Platform Team responsible for a workflow engine that handles heavy, asynchronous workloads like data conversion and ML-based analysis. Your role will involve designing and implementing this core platform, evaluating middleware, architecting systems, and tuning for cost and performance using technologies like Kubernetes, Rust, and TypeScript.

■ Experience and Qualifications

7+ years of backend development experience for web applications.

Experience leading technology selection and architecture design for an entire service.

Hands-on experience with statically typed languages (e.g., Rust, Java, Go).

Experience operating services with Kubernetes and container technologies like Docker.

Experience designing, developing, and operating microservices and large-scale systems.

Development experience using public cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).

Business-level English proficiency for team communication.

 

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

Conversational Japanese proficiency.

Hands-on experience with Rust.

Experience developing secure web applications.

Experience in two or more programming languages.

Fundamental knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

Experience building and operating monitoring infrastructure (e.g., Datadog).

■ Salary 

Annual Salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥11,000,000. Your salary will be reviewed twice a year and paid in 12 monthly installments. A stock option program is also available.
