Their Security & IT Unit plays a vital role in maintaining information security and ensuring the reliable operation of internal IT systems across global locations.
■ Your Role and Responsibilities

You will lead strategy planning and hands-on management of internal information systems, ensuring alignment with the company’s evolving security and growth needs. Your responsibilities will span:
- Internal IT infrastructure management and long-term strategy planning
- Planning and executing systems management, maintenance, and evaluation
- Operational duties (account/device lifecycle, user onboarding/offboarding, documentation)
Systems you'll manage include:
- Cloud services: Google Workspace, GCP, communication tools
- On-premise equipment: network gear, multifunction printers
- Information hardware and other related systems
■ Experience and Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in IT infrastructure, network, or system planning and operations
- Holding an IPA Applied Information Technology Engineer certificate (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, GCP, AWS, etc.
- Knowledge of working within companies with defined information security rules
- Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking) and native-level Japanese
- Understanding and complying with Japanese regulations
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience evaluating and implementing cloud services
- Software development/operations experience
- Security requirements definition or proposal experience
- Familiarity with IT in manufacturing environments
- Successful PM experience in delivering IT projects
