Senior Cloud Security Engineer
■ Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Cloud Security Engineer, your mission will be to establish and enforce best-in-class security practices across our entire ecosystem. You will play a critical role in strengthening our overall security posture, guiding and mentoring team members, and ensuring our security frameworks align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise in both English and Japanese will allow you to bridge security efforts across teams and stakeholders, driving company-wide security initiatives effectively.

■ Experience and Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience in cloud security, with a strong focus on AWS.
● Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior engineers.
● A firm grasp on both English and Japanese (Business level or higher).
● A proven track recording working with identity and access management (IAM), network security, and cloud compliance.
● Experience in monitoring and responding to security incidents in cloud environments.
● Well-versed in application security, including activities such as white box testing/source code review.
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
● Security certifications such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty, CISSP, CEH, OSCP, etc.
● Previous experience working in a company with a focus on AI-powered product.
● Knowledge of zero-trust architectures and cloud-native security solutions.
● A deep understanding of Kubernetes security best practices.
● Hands-on experience with security automation and Infrastructure as Code.
