Generative AI Product Manager (Strong in Gen AI knowledge)

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

(Upon Employment)

• Develop automated response chatbots using Generative AI by understanding the mechanism of credit card billing and payment reminders, as well as relevant laws.
• Analyze the current AI use in the company and expand use case of Generative AI in current services.
• Develop a deep understanding of documents both in English and Japanese to understand the credit card debt management domain and the current system specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and manage the timeline of the project.
• Write technical PRD’s and work with engineering team and design team and manage the project with crucial timeline.

Duties as defined by the company  

■ Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field or at least 2yrs of technical experience.
• At Least 3 years of Product Management.
• Business level of English language(written, verbal).
• Business level of Japanese language(written, verbal).

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Track record of working in a very fast paced environment or a startup.
• Reads and Understands technical documents such as API documentation.
• Experience developing LLM using RAG.
• Write clear and concise specifications for engineering and testing teams.
• Possess strong ownership and have the Get Things Done attitude.

■ Work Location

(Upon Employment) Tokyo, or remote from within Japan
