■ Japan Business Service Delivery, Senior Associate (Native Level Japanese Required | English Preferred)

Our client is a leading global insurance and financial services organization operating across 80+ countries.

Support business and technology teams to ensure security controls are implemented across applications—from proof of concept to production. The role involves software security governance, assessments, and architecture reviews, while offering hands-on exposure to security technologies and business-critical projects. 

This position will provide you the opportunity to develop and support our internal security technologies while building your application security knowledge. You’ll be on the forefront of business-critical technology projects.

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

●Conduct and manage security reviews, ensuring strong governance across applications

● Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement and enhance cybersecurity practices

● Support security projects and initiatives to strengthen overall security posture

● Work with global security and architecture teams to ensure compliance with standards

● Monitor risks, analyze security data, and provide actionable insights and reporting

● Review threat intelligence and track remediation across systems

● Support application security assessments and ensure secure deployment practices

● Stay updated with the latest information security trends and best practices 

■ Experience and Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

● Language proficiency in Japanese at Native level. Intermediate level English (email communication and reading English materials, conversations at meetings with Global counterparts)

●A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Information security management areas in a financial institution.

●A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Information technology support areas in a financial institution.

●A minimum of 1+ years’ experience in project management or equivalent coordination role in a financial institution.

●Detail oriented self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

●Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written; MS PowerPoint a plus.

●Commitment to advancing skills in the cyber security field
