■ Your Role and Responsibilities
(Upon Employment) Senior Radar Engineer
(Scope of any potential changes) Duties as defined by the company
- Developing algorithms and software for processing and analyzing SAR images.
- Calibration and validation of Synspective’s SAR satellites.
- Analyzing the quality of SAR images.
- Conducting design reviews and system engineering of future satellites’s radar systems.

■ Experience and Qualifications
- PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, or Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of SAR experience
- Deep understanding of digital signal processing
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with InSAR techniques
- Familiarity with handling large datasets
- Knowledge of software engineering practices (version control, testing, CI)
- Basic knowledge of Linux and cloud platforms like GCP
