■ Your Role and Responsibilities
● Real-Time Network Monitoring: Continuously monitor all active network elements to ensure
optimal performance and quickly detect irregularities or interruptions.
● New Team Member Support & Training: Provide comprehensive support and structured training to new team members to ensure their smooth onboarding and effective integration into the team.
● VIP Case Management: Track VIP (high-priority or sensitive) network cases, ensuring timely
escalation and follow-up with relevant teams for swift resolution and closure.
● Cross-Team Coordination: Act as a key contact point for communicating with different technical teams in case of network issues, ensuring swift localization, diagnosis, and solution Implementation.
● Technical Support for RF and RAN Teams: Collaborate closely with Radio Frequency (RF) and Radio Access Network (RAN) teams to provide technical support, troubleshoot network
anomalies, and contribute to issue resolution.
■ Experience and Qualifications
● Candidate should have at least 10+ years of experience in Telecom
● Strong knowledge of network operations and telecommunications infrastructure
● Experience in real-time monitoring tools and network management systems
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration
● Ability to train, mentor, and support new employees
● Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
● Familiarity with VIP customer management and escalation procedures
● Knowledge of RF and RAN technologies is a plus.
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
● Ability to evaluate system performance under challenging conditions and edge cases.
● Experience in identifying issues through detailed analysis and contributing to system improvements for mass production.
● Strong driving skills and experience in conducting subjective evaluations based on sensory feedback.
