■ Experience and Qualifications
・ Fluent Japanese and English communication skills.
・ 10~15 years of experience in IT delivery and project management.
・ Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
・ Proven track record of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
・ Experience working with global clients and teams.
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
・ PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
・ Experience in industries such as Insurance or Banking & Financial Services.
・ Familiarity with Japanese business culture and etiquette.
