■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

• Lead end-to-end SAP BTP and CPI integration projects with a customer-focused mindset.
• Design and implement BTP-based extensions including Fiori, UI5, and side-by-side CAPM architectures.
• Develop interfaces on SAP CPI and manage API integrations using SAP API Management.
• Support and govern BTP monitoring, performance, and usage best practices.
• Guide customers in workshops, present solutions, and contribute to technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with SAP mobility and automation teams for holistic SAP cloud transformations.
• Contribute to in-app extensions and integration with SAP Build and BTP Business Services.
• Work across multicultural teams and act as a bilingual liaison between Japanese clients and global teams.

■ Experience and Qualifications

• 12+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on SAP CPI integration work.
• SAP certification is preferred.
• Minimum Japanese proficiency level: JLPT N3 or higher.
• Strong knowledge of Fiori, UI5, CAPM, and side-by-side extension models on SAP BTP.
• Good understanding of SAP mobility and architecture-level awareness.
• End-to-end integration experience in CPI and process automation knowledge.
• Working knowledge of ABAP and CDS views.
• Understanding of SAP BTP Build Suite and governance principles.
