■ Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Ground Segment & Flight Dynamics Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining critical software for space mission operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the system design, development, validation, and maintenance of flight dynamics software.
- Collaborating with the Flight Dynamics team to define system architecture and software solutions.
- Developing advanced algorithms and software for in-house flight dynamics modules.
- Providing technical guidance to supplier development teams as a product owner or technical lead.
- Supporting satellite operations teams by resolving technical challenges and offering best-practice solutions.
- Participating in ground segment integration, validation, and verification.
■ Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development and engineering.
- Strong knowledge of spacecraft flight dynamics and orbital mechanics.
- Experience in Linux system administration, shell scripting, and software development in Linux environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, and Python.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Understanding of project lifecycles and validation procedures.
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in satellite ground segment system design and development.
- Experience in agile software development (Scrum) as a team member or product owner.
- Knowledge of satellite user products or commercial ground segment systems.
- TOEIC 700+ or equivalent English proficiency (ability to conduct meetings and emails in English).
