• They provide payment infrastructure through developer-friendly APIs and integrations on globally known platforms

■ Your Role and Responsibilities 

• Ensure engineering teams are effectively meeting their objectives
• Offer mentorship and guidance through one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations
• Establish clear expectations with engineers and hold them accountable for project outcomes
• Contribute to and enhance processes for engineering onboarding, training, and recruitment
• Develop and implement processes to boost productivity and ensure their adoption across the engineering teams

■ Experience and Qualifications

• Prior experience in engineering management (including roles as a team lead)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to collaborate with product owners to offer context for project planning and timelines
• Skill in gathering and conveying valuable information to guide developers' technical solutions
• Competence in offering constructive feedback to help developers enhance their skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally to remove obstacles for developers and boost productivity
