Job Description As a design manager for the MedPeer Group, you will lead our design organization not just as an organization that can create beautiful designs, but as an organization that can elevate MedPeer to a solid brand.

As we are in a turnaround phase, we are looking for someone who can identify the essence of the issues together with our business members and engineers, including product managers and business managers, think outside the box, and work together with us to achieve dramatic growth from a creative perspective.

Job Content - Planning design strategies and setting organizational goals - Understanding business strategies and defining service concepts - Building teams, including recruitment activities, and onboarding and managing members - Raising awareness of user experience within the company - Communicating design activities to the outside world and collaborating with the design community - Promoting product development in collaboration with PdM and engineers - Creating information design, user flows, and wireframes - Creating design systems and following up on implementation - Creating UI/UX designs for mobile apps and web services

Responsibilities ● Lead the design efforts for our mobile products and applications, setting the design

vision and ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs ● Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality,

user-centric designs that meet project objectives and deadlines ● Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions into product

Job Requirements ● Experience as a web & mobile product designer (web/iOS/Android) for 5+ years for a

Consumer Product. ● Experience in helping other members with growth and help coordinate between team ● Experience in stakeholder management and outlining clear ideas while representing the

team and best interest of the product ● Able to verbalize the output of your design and communicate smoothly with development

members ● Knowledge or strong interest in web3 & willing to learn ● Ability to perform appropriate prototyping and step-by-step design process based on

context ● Fluent level in Japanese and Business level English
