■ 職務内容/ Your Role and Responsibilities
（雇入れ直後/Upon Employment）
チームリーダーのもとで、人工衛星搭載機器の組み込みソフトウエアの開発を行っていただきます。
具体的には、以下の業務を主導いただきます。
・人工衛星搭載機器のマイコン上で動作し、衛星の制御、運用に必要となるセンサーやアクチュエータ等との入出力
・機器間通信、データ処理などを実行する搭載ソフトウエアの開発
・顧客とのインタフェース仕様調整
・衛星の運用・試験
You will develop embedded software for satellite onboard equipment under the guidance of a team leader.
Specifically, you will lead the following tasks:
・Develop onboard software that runs on microcontrollers of satellite equipment, managing I/O with sensors and actuators required for satellite control and operations.
・Develop software that handles inter-device communication and data processing on the satellite.
・Coordinate interface specifications with customers.
・Support satellite operation and testing, including pre-launch tests and in-orbit operation.

■ 応募資格 /Experience and Qualifications
- C/C++ 言語を使用したマイコンソフトウェア開発経験。チーム開発で３年以上の経験を有すること。また、プロダクトとして市場リリースの実績があること。
- 通信インタフェースに関する設計経験。SPI、UART、I2C、CAN など。
- センサ制御ソフトウェアの設計経験。温度センサ、圧力センサ、加速度センサなど（いずれか二つ以上）。
- Experience in developing microcontroller software using C/C++, with 3+ years of team-based development experience and a track record of releasing products to market.
- Experience in designing communication interfaces such as SPI, UART, I2C, and CAN.
- Experience in designing sensor control software for at least two or more types of sensors (e.g., temperature, pressure, accelerometers).

- 人工衛星ソフトウェアの開発経験
- 組み込みOS（LINUX や RTOS）の開発経験
- ルネサスマイコン（RX シリーズ）や ARM、RISC-V の知見
- Githubを使った開発経験
- スタートアップでの開発経験がある方
- Experience in developing software for satellites
- Experience with embedded operating systems (Linux or RTOS)
- Knowledge of Renesas microcontrollers (RX series), ARM, or RISC-V
- Experience using GitHub for development
- Experience working in a startup environment
