AI Risk Validation Specialist 

■ Company Overview

This role is within the Chief Data Office of a major global financial group, responsible for establishing and leading the AI governance framework globally. The department is crucial for ensuring the ethical and responsible development and implementation of AI technology across the enterprise, proactively monitoring and adapting to evolving domestic and international AI regulations.

■ Your Role and Responsibilities

(Upon Employment) Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the AI governance framework and its associated risk evaluation methodologies
Identify and mitigate risks in AI deployments through collaboration with business owners and control domains
Develop and test second-line automated compliance controls to align with governance requirements
Monitor and assess the impact of global AI regulatory changes to ensure framework updates
Operate AI risk reporting and monitoring for internal decision-making and governance committees
Drive process improvements and develop and deliver AI literacy training across the organization

(Scope of change) Duties defined by the company

■ Experience and Qualifications

* 10+ years in a data, technology risk, compliance, or audit role, with exposure to integrating AI governance into cloud strategy
* Experience with AI governance platforms for bias detection and automated compliance
* Working knowledge of regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements in financial services (e.g., data privacy, data security, BCBS239, model risk)
* A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Math) is preferred.

■ Additional Preferred Qualifications

* Experience using industry frameworks like NIST, ISO 42001, or ISO 42005
* Relevant professional qualifications such as Certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP) or AWS Certified AI Practitioner
* Business level English language skills
